Otherwise, our standard production time is 7-10 days for most orders. Some orders will be turned-around sooner per the schedule below.

Note: We ship from Livermore, CA. In most cases, it's not necessary to upgrade shipping to SF Bay Area cities (Alameda, Santa Clara, Contra Costa, Marin, Santa Clara, & San Mateo Counties). Ordering Information
We know has important the details are to your wedding or prom. Each garter is handmade with care to your custom specifications. Because garters are used for "special occassions" all sales are final.
Standard Processing Times: 7-10 Days (or less)
Expedited Processing Time: 2 Days (click here shipping detail).
Orders are prioritized by "event date needed". Orders needed for events within the week are given priority. We try to ship all orders within 7 days or less but it may take up to 10 days for orders needed for later dates. Expedited Orders (Express or FedEx will ship within 2 days of ordering).

All garters are guaranteed for accuracy. If you find an error in your order compared to what is in your confirmation receipt, we will replace at no charge if time permits or refund it. Call 925-456-0125 to report any errors or email us at through the Contact Us page.
We cannot be responsible for discrepancies in colors between our ribbons and your monitor. Color varies on all monitors and therefore we give the best representation of colors that we can. If you would like actual ribbon color samples, click here: Ribbon Samples for swatch information.
Sales Tax
Per California state law, sales tax will be charged at the following rates:
Alameda County - 9.75%
All other California Counties - 8.25%
No sales tax is charged to orders shipped to all other states.
ALL CURRENCIES ARE SHOWN IN US DOLLARS. If you ordering from outside the United States, your final charged price will be reflected when your credit card is charged based on the current exchange rate.
