Ordering Information
We know has important the details are to your wedding or prom. Each garter is handmade with care to your custom specifications. Because garters are used for "special occassions" all sales are final.
Orders are prioritized by "event date needed". Most orders will ship within 7-10 days (or sooner if possible) but may take up to 12 days to process. See chart above for specific order deadlines.
All garters are guaranteed for accuracy. If you find an error in your order compared to what is in your confirmation receipt, we will replace at no charge if time permits or refund it. Call 925-456-0125 to report any errors or email us at through the Contact Us page. We cannot be responsible for discrepancies in colors between our ribbons and your monitor. Sales Tax
Per California state law, sales tax will be charged at the following rates:
Alameda County - 8.75%
All other California Counties - 7.25%
No sales tax is charged to orders shipped to all other states.
ALL CURRENCIES ARE SHOWN IN US DOLLARS. If you ordering from outside the United States, your final charged price will be reflected when your credit card is charged based on the current exchange rate.
