How long will it take to receive my order?
Every garter is cut and handmade to order. Orders take 7-14 days from order date to delivery. However, this is not guaranteed. Orders are made "date needed" meaning we try and get orders done that are needed for an earlier date done first. We do try to ship all orders within 7 days of order date but may take up to 12. See

Do You Sell A Toss Garter or Garter Sets?
We do not sell a specific "toss" garter. Each of our garters is still custom-made to order. We can always create a second garter for you to toss. You can create a matching garter or perhaps a blue or white garter. We often sell the "
Something Blue Narrow Band" garter plain without a charm, feather or printed ribbon for the purpose of tossing.
What forms of payment to you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal. HOWEVER, we are not able to accept Visa Giftcards or American Express Giftcards. Cards must have a name, billing address and security code that all match in order for payment to be processed.
Is my credit card and personal information secure?
Yes. We have security measures in place with our hosting company. We use 128 bit SSL high security so that your sensitive information is protected. We can view the security certificate on the payment page. Click on the DigiCert logo which provides further information.
I get an error when I submit payment, why?
Most errors occur when the Security Code is not entered properly. Please double check that you are entering the correct numbers (last 3 digits of the signature panel for Visa/MC and the 4 digits on the front of the card for AmEx).
The second most common problem is that the billing address does not match the billing address associated with the credit card. Please be sure that the billing address is the same as what is used for the credit card bill. A different "Ship To" address can be entered at checkout if needed. See next question related issue.
I see multiple charges to my credit card account, why?
If you happen to get a credit card processing error during checkout, you
MAY see multiple charges to your account. This happens because
"Temporary Authorizations" can be placed on
SOME accounts. These are just
"Temporary" and WILL NOT be authorized and will disappear from your account within 24-48 hours. It is how some credit card companies handle the transactions so that you can see ALL activity on your account. Can I put two charms on one garter?
No. The way our garters are designed only allow for one charm to hang from the center of the bow.
